Excellent customer service and knowledge shown by the caring staff. They took me through the products and took time to explain the process. The results came back very quickly. Thank you all for your professionalism.

I found the service very professional and efficient. When I called up and spoke to Margaret, she managed to reassure any concerns I had. This was much appreciated in these challenging times. Thank you :)

From day one my agent, Rocio, sounds funny even saying “my agent” because over the course of only a short amount of time she became my friend, Rocio was always there, above and beyond, in every aspect. Every bump in the road Rocio was there to hold my hand, more than I could of dreamed. But every other tiny aspect she was there for me. She always got right back to me, answered every question, even the stupid ones. She is honest and she is been there for me like a best friend. She held my hand to the finishing line. Rocío you are a 5 stars😊😊😊😊

Very professional company. I have been in a very stressful situation and Luisa has been with me at every step, listening and helping. They arranged my appointment at a clinic and the service there was very smooth and fast. I got my results even faster than expected and they even arranged a Doctor Consultation for me. All the staff is very knowledgable and helpful, but specially Luisa and Louise. I am very pleased with the service and I recommend this company as the service has been beyond expected.
