Spoke to the most amazing lady called Meloney today about my travel COVID-19 and she was absolutely amazing with answering my questions. She planned out my test results and test for the right time of my flight even though it’s on a Monday and it is closed on a Sunday. We spoke about the things that could go wrong but she got a calendar out over the phone and got me a day that is best and told me the process making sure things are shipped on time. If you are reading this Meloney happy birthday for 3 weeks time and I wanted to say Thankyou again for the help as everyone else hasn’t given me the same advice. She was so truthful and explained that the results that the airline wanted for 72 hours isn’t realistic due to the reduced workforce of Royal Mail but I am now more confident going forward. Overall I highly recommend this company and thankyou again Meloney for going above and beyond to satisfy customers

Absolutely amazing costumer service. The website was not working so I had to call. Within the first 10 seconds a really helpful and kind employee named Melanie helped me order the covid antibody test with ease. This by far was the best experience I have ever had with any company and would highly recommend it. If it was not for Melanie I probably would not have bought the tests. From requesting my HomeKit to receiving results, the customer service has been excellent! They were very helpful with any questions I had, and also managed to provide a certificate for travelling legislations. Even though there was a slight issue, they managed to resolve the problem in under an hour! I got both my results and my certificate exactly on time! Overall very pleased with the quality and service of the company!
