Card games are especially bad. Blackjack is the worst. Dealer gets miraculous 21’s over and over again. I know they are going to say rng and blah blah blah. I have eyes and a bankroll that sees what actually happens. I’ll be going elsewhere. Casinos like this one are pretty much all the same. Don’t get fooled by the rating here. They use 3rd party providers and they aren’t in on it together….. right.

Customer service was great!

First off, I like the good lines for sports and withdrawal is good with crypto. However the blackjack is beyond bad. Magically when I raised my bet at it, I received stiff hands over and over vs dealers 10s and aces. Computer would get 21s way more. Hitting 12s would mean busting about twice as much as you should. “Random Number Generators” can’t explain why this happens over and over. I’ve had horrible experiences on other sites with blackjack and thought this would be better. It’s not and really affects how I feel about this site.

I’ve used Bet105 for a while and overall have had a good experience with the site. I did recently have a serious issue involving a phishing scam that appeared to impersonate Bet105 very convincingly, which raised some concerns for me about security and how clearly these scams are communicated to customers. I would strongly recommend that users be extremely careful with any texts, emails, or links claiming to be from Bet105, especially anything offering unusually large deposit bonuses. Always go directly to the official website rather than clicking a link. That said, Bet105 did reach out after my experience and made an effort to address my concerns, which I appreciate. Because of that, I’ve updated my review to 4 stars. I still think stronger and more visible warnings about impersonation scams would be beneficial, but overall I’ve had a positive experience using the platform.

So far so good. Promotions, withdrawals, casino play, and sports betting have all been satisfactory. Had 1 long customer support issue but got it resolved eventually. Has been a great book to work with thus far.

Bet105 sold my info or it got compromised due to weak security. They make no effort to compensate other than by saying "your account is safe."

Don't advertise at "instant payouts" I Your casino and every online casino is a scam so not your fault but fk you for allowing it. Your support team is slow. 30mins to respond. On multiple occasions.
