Richard is very courteous, helpful and sincere in his efforts.

Editors and team were easy to work with.

Very grateful that we're patient with me after forgetting this needed to be done. Writing about my family and myself was difficult. Being modest type person was what made it challenging. I thought it was going to be done in person. Now days it's so impersonal when done via email or text only. Maybe linking up with local high schools to fund students interested in this field could offer better opportunities for them and the stories.

I really enjoyed having the opportunity to be featured in the magazine with my husband and fur babies. Dealing with Gord Daniels was lovely. He has such a wonderful customer care approach and was friendly and professional. The reason for the 4 stars was with our dealings with the photographer. We were happy with the photos taken and the ones selected for the magazine, but we were never given the chance to purchase them as promised from our discussion with the photographer. He never responded to my follow-up nor reached out to us after the shoot to give us an opportunity to buy prints. Gord was informed of this. He replied immediately which made me feel valued. That went a long way with allowing this to be a mostly positive experience in my eyes.

Photographer was great and accommodating. The writer was also great and we appreciate the time they put in. If it’s possible to get a digital copy of our pages of the magazine that would take it to a 5 ;)

I was surprised that the confirmation wasn't immediate and took two weeks to receive. If this is the case it should be noted on your home page
