I made an order on Nov. 24 2015 and today is Dic. 10, more than two weeks have passed and they have not shipped my order.

i ordered my products on 11.23.15 and it's 12.07.15 and I still do not have them, and the tracking information doesn't so anything helpful either. Frustrating.

This item arrived very quickly and so far I'm loving the product I ordered. The only concern I had was that I never received a shipment confirmation and tracking number and I had to contact the site about it. They didn't reply to me right away and by the time they did, I had already received it.

The first time I had ordered I had no problems what so ever. The second time however I never received an email stating my was shipped then I logged into my account only to find that they say my package had been delivered when I had never received one at all.

You were out of what I requested and not the first time you have not been able to fill an order. I usually order 3 bottles and there have been 2 times when you didn't have Goutrol in stock. Frustrating as I like your price point. I am forced to go out to a local store and spend 1.5X as much.
