The title sums it up!

Called into customer service because I hadn't received my order yet.(apparently it wasn't in stock-but still let me order. If it was listed as not in stock, I would have not ordered anyways) She told me my card declined. I was not sent an email to notify me. Instead, I was told that, "they don't do that" and, "we wait for the customer to call in before anything is done.". Ok, whatever. So I tried to give her a different card to continue my order and she told me that she couldn't do that. I would have to cxl and re process. She was very hateful about this all. So I canceled the order and went down to my local Ultimate sports nutrition and got the same item for cheaper. Rude employees and no notification when things don't go as planned will lose you business every time.

An item I ordered showed in stock when ordered. I was notified 4 days later it was out of stock. I asked for my other item to be shipped but it was not. I was told I'd get notified when my order was shipped but I did not. I got the shipment notice with tracking the day before it was sent out for delivery. The product is very good. I should have received it more timely and gotten better communication about it.

I haven't found anywhere that offers cheaper prices than BPN. I usually enjoy dealing with this company but I've had recent frustrations involving back ordered items. I placed an order that said the product was in stock, but after I paid, the confirmation email told me it was back ordered. I received a follow up email but have tried to get more information as to when my product will be arriving and no one will get back to me. I order supplements as needed and I don't want to wait 3+ weeks for an item I didn't know was out of stock when I ordered it.

Something happened that caused a slight delay of the shipment to me, They notified me about that right away.

They have a good variety of products and I get my order fast.
