Very slow service, slow to ship, and slow to respond to customer service questions. Had to ask the same question twice to get a clear answer. Package said ship next day and I have yet to receive it 2 weeks later.

About a week later my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. Low when I order out a week later, if they told me they where out when I ordered I would use another retailer. I'm finished with h this company, I will use my bonus points and then never again. How hard is it for their website to be linked to product numbers available, every other site does this.
