You don’t listen to your voice mail very unprofessional I tried to cancel an order many times and left a message and you still sent it

Hi Bill - We will look into the experience you had and come up with a new strategy for responding to voicemails. We get a couple hundred calls per day, so sometimes we do get behind. That is no excuse though. I will look into this personally right away.

Almost no communication, bad experience.
Almost no communication. Purchased the item, received automatic email stating order was approved. Several days later, received email my order was canceled without a reason, and I will be receiving a refund without the shipping fee I paid for. Shady business conduct. Very shady and unprofessional.

Hi - I looked into this order. I believe it was due to it being a clearance item and we unfortunately only had a couple. You should have been notified though beforehand and I apologize about that. I also looked into your refund. You received a refund for the product price and shipping cost. We would never keep either of those if an order is canceled. Hope this better explains it.
