After ordering the same product from another sight, after 3 weeks, and still not receiving, I decided to try Best price nutrition. They were great! I immediately received confirmation of my order,(unlike supplement warehouse) and was constantly updated on status of my order, which was shipped promptly! Best nutrition has my business from this point on!

If you guys know that some of your products are not permitted to enter into the Australian then why did you even sent them at the first place. This is damn mistake that needs to be stopped immediately. The irony is that I didn't get my money back and on top of that BPN telling me that they will only refund me the money if they get they parcel back from Australian customs. This is totally not acceptable. I recommend people from Australia not to buy supplements from BPN because Australian custom will not know allow the products to clear out

Hi Ravinder - First, we do state this on our shipping page: "Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into Australia, it is up to you to double check your countries import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded however orders that are returned to us will be refunded the full amount minus shipping charges." But with that we do understand your concern. While we cannot keep up with customs of the 120 countries we ship to, we are going to make some changes to try to help. 95% of our shipments make it into the country, no matter what customers order. But on our checkout page, we are going to list ingredients we know are banned. Now this list will never be 100% complete, as that would be a full time job, so the risk will still be on the customer, but we will try to display more information about ingredients that there is a risk of being caught by customs to help customs decide whether to order. I hope this will help with your concern. Expect this to be visible on our website within the next 30 days. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team
I have never received my order it's been a week plus a day if I don't see anything soon I will dispute all charges and call the better business Bureau and report fraud. The tracking does not work and this is no good. USPS tracking has always worked so with your company I find it funny it does not work. Donna Sparkman

Hi Donna - I checked your tracking: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=9374869903501389038128 It shipped out the very next day (January 3rd). You should have received a confirmation. We are unsure why it took 6 days between Illinois and Texas. Possibly the weather. Some packages are mishandled, but unfortunately we have little control after it leaves our facility. Usually never takes that long. But looks like it is out for delivery today. In the future, if your package is not arriving as expected, please just call us. We would be happy to contact the post office of the last status update and check into it for you. We have been in business for over 15 years and have four retail stores. We are here all week to help. UPDATE: We have talked to another customer in Texas that had issues at their hub. It may be related to something going on at the main hub in Texas...which was why the delay. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team
Couldn't have been easier or faster. No problems what so ever!;)

Thank you...we actually just left you a message. Your package shipped out quickly, but looks like it may be held up at the shipping hub in Texas.
