Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I as looking for "period" pedals to complete restoration of a 40 yr old racing bike but didn't want quills and toe clips because (1) I don't feel they're safe; (2) my foot's too wide for quills; and (3) I wanted to be able to wear walking shoes. Ben's Cycle recommended the higher end MKS track pedals and deep half clips. These exactly met my needs. Cheers to Ben's.

Ben's cycle has one of the best online inventory's I've ever seen. Prices are good, and recent changes to their store have made it a very compelling place to shop. I like that there is free shipping over a certain amount. I like that there is a loyalty program, incentivizing you to buy and return and buy. I ALSO like the rewards for reviews program. This is incredibly appealing to me and I plan on using it frequently. Aside from that, communication with Ben's has been excellent. I get responses the same day I inquire, which is excellent. Also, tracking updates and all the other communications you like to see accompany an online purchase. Very pleased with my experience.

I found a chrome bag on this site that Chrome no longer manufactures, so I was very excited that they not only had it In stock, but also unused! It came in the mail super fast, and just in theme for my trip! :)

My experience with Ben's Cycle is the best I ever received in my shopping online. It's started when I send them an email to inquire about a part that I needed for my bike. I did not expect to receive an answer that day but to my surprise within five minutes someone was willing to help me. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable while I am a novice in bicycle mechanic. He was very patient with me. I had to send him some pictures and printing in order to identify the right part. Throughout the whole process, he remains the best professional that I ever dealt with. Ultimately, I highly recommend Ben's cycle to anyone who want to experience the real customer service. Ben's cycle is and will be my first choice when I am in the market for my bike.
