I can not believe that this place has not had the decency to get back to me I had the worst experience with Benihana in Torrance California I emailed them a few times and only once they said they were looking into it and would get back to me and this was July 2021!!! Over priced and not enough staff

Visted the Encino restaurant, was very smelly afterwards but a great fun atmosphere for children. they need to work on their extraction.

Excellent night. Karen led a chorus of Happy Birthday. Mr Toai, our chef was excellent. New experience for the 5 year old that was with us. She didn't know what to think. Christian was attentive to our party of 8. Food met our expectations. Sure am glad that I made a reservation, a couple of days before. Online system for making reservation said no openings for the time we wanted. I called in on the phone and had no problem making a reservation.
