Never felt like I was appreciated and important. I have my own business and connection to even to companies that we hire is meaningful to me on an interaction basis. I try to be the best customer that i can be so that the business takes care of our needs but the rapport didn't develop.

Regular customer (Georgia Tech) and frequent customer. Ordered several plaques from Benchmark. Did not send back proof inspection because I was not available to read emails that day and honestly it slipped my mind. They told me when the product would be ready, so I picked up the product and noticed that a name was spelled incorrectly on one of the plaques. Called them, and was told that there was an error one of the plaques and I was told it was because I did not proof read the plaque. I apologized for that and was then sternly reprimanded that I was the last "inspector" for the product and I then took offense to the tone and the protocol. I explained that since their quality control person missed it, do not put ALL the blame on me. I even reminded him I had apologized for not sending in the proof correction. Still I got a repeated reprimand. So I reminded him that the template I SENT THEM was correct and the finish product they sent me was not correct! Wow...if I had time I would have gone to another place. They fixed the error and I am grateful, but if I had enough time to get another vendor, I would have...Terrible service, poor quality control...

I would say that the quality of product very much matches the premium price. I kept being surprised by add on charges. It was more how it was explained as well. I need this item by this date. Well, that's a rush job and it's an extra cost. Or, I need one more of this item, placard. Oh, we have a minimum charge, it'll cost you more. Not, we appreciate your business and we're glad to get this for you.

Hey Randy, I am very sorry to hear that you are anything but completely satisfied with your purchase and/or experience. Our standard turn around time is 4-5 business days. I have looked into your order history and it appears that the standard rush charge was waived on more than one occasion and reduced when you were charged one. In addition, the one time you were charged a minimum order charge we included the postage for shipping your item in that charge, so it worked out to be very close to just the item charge plus a mailing charge.
