I had a name added to plaque, was given the cost the day it was drooped off and told when it would be ready for pick up. Got phone call to remind me when it was ready for pick up. Very pleased with the service.

I needed a cup engraved. Another shop owner recommended I take my piece to Benchmark Trophy. They helped me choose a complementary font to what was on the cup already and they had it ready within days. They were efficient, easy to do business with, able to make a payment easily. In future I will bring them my company awards for engraving. They have a great selection of awards.

I emailed about six engravers in the Atlanta area, expecting that they would all want the business of our company (or any business for that matter). But I was wrong. Benchmark Trophy is the only one who was responsive. And they remained responsive and helpful throughout the process, Good price too. We will definitely be using them again.

What a great experience. They produced a plaque in time for my flight. They offered options and when I described the one I wanted they made it happen in impossible time. I will recommend them to anyone.
