Coach Mark was in constant communication with me for the entire return process. My return was handled very quickly, and the refund credited my card the same day I provided the return tracking number. While I wish the Golf Daddy training device would’ve been more suitable for my needs, I was at least able to try it out.

Ordered the Golf Daddy for my husband for Father’s Day. Unfortunately, the space in our house would not make it feasible to play comfortable. I reached out to Golfdaddy for a return and coach Mark assisted me with the refund very promptly. Good customer service.

I ordered the simulator mat as a Father's Day gift for my golf enthusiast dad. Unfortunately, due to ceiling fans and furniture, he was not able to use it. The team at Golf Daddy, especially Coach Mark, were very easy to work with on a return and my refund was quickly processed. I can't speak to the actual product, but the customer service was great.

I ordered Golf Daddy for my husband's 80th birthday. I thought it would be great for him to play golf in the air-conditioned house instead of the Texas heat. I neglected to see the version of IPhones supported by the Golf Daddy app. As soon as I discovered that we would not be able to use the Golf Daddy app I contacted support, Coach Mark responded immediately. Sent a return authorization and walked me through the return process. Great to work with you Coach Mark, best wishes in the future.

Shipping was timely. Support has been great. I think they could better emphasize the need for good quality lighting in their marketing materials. I believe that is what is delaying setup for me so I will try to install the inexpensive lights I got yesterday and see if that fixes the issue.

From start to finish, the process of requesting a refund was easy and prompt. Any and all correspondence was handled with care and kindness which was appreciated because it is not always that way!
