My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, thanks to lots of bubble wrap. But I learned the hard way why it cost $35 to ship a 2x8" piece of tile: it came from Tunisia, not the US! So I will not be ordering more tile to put into a bathroom.

Tile sample came from another country so it went through many places before it arrived to me, the box was smashed in and the tile was chipped as well. Paid a hefty price for just a sample and wasn’t pleased. They did offer to send me another sample and try to remedy my issue so I did bump their stars up for that!
