Bell HelmetsReviews of bellhelmets.com

I've never had such a hard time buying a helmet. If the helmets work as good as the company they're total junk and will get you killed. I learned one thing about Bell and that's how much I absolutely hate them!!! I've been trying to buy a helmet from them for 5 weeks and I'm losing my mind dealing with those losers! Avoid buying from them and buy a Shoe I instead, like I should have done. I'm pissed off at Bell!

Bell Helmets produces Extendo Handlebar ends, marketed as "Bell" . They are very lightweight, but welded, not glued, so one might hope for a quality product. When I installed them on my bike's handlebars, I had initially not tightened them enough to keep them from moving, so I tried to tighten them some more, but the bolts intended to do that were so soft that the snug fitting allan keys rounded the inside of the bolt. The bolts were .... not as soft as butter, but you get the idea: total junk! Very disappointing. I will not purchase any Bell bicycle products again.

I ordered a helmet online, and they charged my card immediately. However, after placing the order, I found out that the helmet was actually not in stock. There was no clear indication of this on the website at the time of purchase. What’s even more frustrating is that they did not update the product availability or notify me properly about the issue. This lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when customers are being charged upfront. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend ordering directly from their website unless they improve their inventory accuracy and customer communication.

I bought a Bell 4forty MIPS helmet that looked great and the fit was good, too. After a while, like 20 times or so, the outer layers of the front inner padding separated. I reached out to the customer support with the issue but they did not bother to reply. Since then, basically it hasn't been used even that much, and the matte finish is coming off by itself; when it was left in the car during summer last year, the adjusment knob melted... Apart from the looks when new, the product itself is garbage. Falling apart by itself. The customer service doesn't care so you better stay away and buy some quality product.

I purchased a 1000 dollar helmet. Did not fit well so sent it back next day in perfect condition. Wanted the next size up. Waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Worst customer service ever and the time they take the order, get it shipped, the shipping method slow, the return was seriously way too long and again, wait with no word or updates. Nothing. Finally just had to get a refund. Poor business. Go buy a Shoei

Pero he buscado recambios y no he encontrado en ningún sitio.

Horrible customer service. Staff is so disorganized and uninformed, I can't believe they'll still in business. My dealings dealt with a return that went into the Twilight Zone. I will never do business with them again...
