Got cracked their screen protector after I used almost 3 months but there are no same things are on their stock so they refunded for the product I already used for sometimes so impressed with their customer service I purchased their product again on Apple with the money they refunded I will purchase Belkin product again with good quality and great customer service

After hours of my life I won't get back looking at wireless chargers online, I settled for the Boost Up wireless charger for my iPhone. Glad I did, it's brilliant! just pop my phone on and boom - being charged! I was sick of being attached with a wire, and why wouldn't you use wireless charging if you could??? Anyway, I was a bit late to that particular party, but now I'm here, the Boost Up is the way forward.I was wary of the Chinese makes I'd never heard of, and the Belkin unit looked the best, having a small footprint on my bedside cabinet. So far, it's been utterly reliable and it's got a plug attached as opposed to a USB - brilliant. Go get one.

Happy customer I bought a Belkin screen protector for my mobile phone. I broke it 2 times and they replaced it immediately. (they just asked me for the receipt and a photo of the broken screen protector). The 3rd time that I broke it, they gave me full refund so I bought a newer version of the screen protector. UPDATE: I received the replacement the next day.

Works as described and I use it a lot bc I'm a Mortgage Loan Processor and we use a desktop at work and I use a wireless mouse and I'm always pointing and clicking all the time. I don't really understand why there is a indent in the center of the mousepad but it seems to do it's job and it protects my wrists from being hurt. That's all I have to say about it.

My experience of Belkin Customer services has been exemplary. My product broke and they replaced it without question at no charge to me, even though i didn't have proof of purchase. Very happy.

Ich kann diese ganzen schlechten Urteile im Speziellen über den Kundenservice absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich möchte gar nicht lange um den heißen Brei herumreden. Ich habe mir damals mit ca. 12 Jahren (ca 2006) eine Mehrfachsteckdose mit Überspannungschutz für ca 35€ gekauft (gefühlt ist es schon so lange her, dass ich mir nichtmal mehr sicher bin ob es vielleicht sogar noch DM waren). Als ich 23 war (2017) fiel der Überspannungsschutz aus. Die Mehfachsteckdose funktionierte noch, allerdings war das Licht "Überspannungsschutz an" erlischt. Habe mich kurzerhand ohne große Hoffnungen und ohne Kassenbon oder dergleichen an den Kundenservice gewandt (das Gerät war dann quasi über 9 Jahre außerhalb der Garantiezeit) und habe nach kurzem hin und her eine nigelnagelneue Mehrfachsteckerleiste im Wert von 38€ kostenlos erhalten, die ich bis heute verwende. Ich musste lediglich das defekte alte Gerät zurücksenden. Hierfür wurde mir ein RetoureVersandschein gegeben. Was will man bitte mehr ? Jeder andere Herrsteller hätte dich vertröstet allá: Tut mir leid dein Gerät ist älter als 2 Jahre. Pech gehabt. Da können wir nichts machen, kauf dir ein neues.
