They delete any reviews that have anything negative in them. Only way to contact customer service is by email and it's all canned answers- not anyone who wants to help. Rewards and status tiers are a joke- you can't use them. Don't waste $900 like i did- spend a LITTLE more and get luggage from AWAY.

The bags look gorgeous to begin with but they scratch easily and the stitching has all come undone. I got one of the work tote style ones. For the price the corners should have some metal hardware so they don’t look battered after a few uses.

Dreadful company. You can’t get a refund there is no information on how to return an item and they don’t reply to any emails. Do not order from them they are awful

Bought the expandable backpack because it seemed function for everything I needed from daily use and travelling. The back arrived and was put outside my house and by the time I got home it wasn’t there. So, seems like it was stolen or the delivery driver took a picture of where it was left and took it away. Contacted BEIS customer service, we had a few emails exchanged followed by them asking me for a denial of receipt. When I went to reply to this using the same thread we’d been contacting on my email bounced back! Seems like my email has been blocked from them now. Suck, cos I was really looking forward to this and now it just seems like £100 down the drain for nothing and no attempt of customer service trying to resend a new one or solve it with the delivery courier.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A PURSE FROM BEIS, DON'T! It is unbelievable that paying more than 100€ will get you such a horrible quality item. I was so excited to get my bag because l love and trusted this influencer. What a disappointment. Outrageous, I'm in disbelief. So please, do not waste your money buying anything from BEIS, because if you do, you will be scammed. Their shop should be shut down!!

Bought a set of luggage TWICE -both times they were not delivered. Supposedly sent through DHL. Both times returned. First time money was refunded without any communication at all. Second time I checked the progress through tracking DHL to find the goods had been returned to sender - AGAIN. Never again with this company,Béis! Don't think they are genuine.

I left three reviews for three different products. The reviews were never posted on the products. I believe their reviews are fake. In fact, the problematic item has 11,000+ reviews but hasn't had a 2-star review in over 6 months. If honest reviews had been posted, I would have known not to buy their weekender bag, which is so large and heavy when packed it is unusable, and I wouldn't be out $120.

One of the items I received was damaged. The customer service was very helpful and refunded my purchase.
