I normally have a good experience with the site. Most surveys are at least interesting, with decent payout. Disqualification credits are nice (Occasionally, however,I get frustrated when I’m disqualified from a survey after spending 15 minutes on it..) They typically been good with payouts. I found myself in this situation where they claim they sent out the money, but I haven’t received it in my PayPal account. This has never happened in the four or five years I’ve used this website. However, I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting have stated the same thing, especially recently. When I contacted customer support twice to ask if they could look into it, they simply replied: “Please check as all redeemed rewards have been sent.” That’s not customer service! I still don’t have my payout. It’s literally never made it in to my Pay Pal account. Then I came here, and I see multiple people complaining about the same thing! All in the last month or two. No one at the company seems to care about this or to think it’s a serious issue so I figured I’d post something here. It’s not a ton of money, but I certainly spent a lot of time earning it. Ugh

I'm getting extremely tired of them, they were alright at the start, the surveys aren't constant but the 1-2 dollar usually pay was good, and the loyalty credit. But recently, everytime I try to cash out, it never gets actually sent out, and then I have to contact support, they say it was some issue, then release the money blah blah blah, well I really needed the money today and I cashed out THREE DAYS AGO; i have emailed multiple times with no response, this is ridiculous, also I haven't been able to complete any partner surveys for the last 3 years, and all my emails about it are just promptly ignored. I'm really considering being through with this company

This website used to be extremely good for taking surveys and while they send you surveys that match your profile they cannot cash out on time to save their lives. You should never have to wait on your money after you cash it out finally. Big thumbs down for this bullshit.

They don’t pay no more and a send you a reply saying it can take up to 14 days to be paid what kind of scam they doing I personally think the company going broke and using people time now cause they used pay instant now I’m waiting on 3 different deposits

I cashed out yesterday for $13 and I didn't receive my money. I emailed customer service and I didn't receive any response.

I redeemed a small amount on July 16 through paypal and as of today it still hasn't gone through. Even though it says "delivered" on my history. The paypal method has to be fixed guys...

Be waiting month and a half after promises of extra 5.00 on early June and 2.weeks ago have a promise of 2 to 3 days. And now..no emails back ..emailed 16.times one day and still no 5.00! Customer service is none existent and they also try to say PayPal is out for a week every 6 months but they sure send it when you tell them your partner got theirs when they lied to you! These people are worse than ever! sswise

Surveys dried up for 2 months very inexplicably and suddenly. Fine, I'm not entitled to get surveys. But I am entitled to get a modicum of help, so I messaged their support email (both directly and through the website) to ask if my account was in good standing and if there was a technical issue. No reply. No replies to weekly follow-up requests for answers. No acknowledgment of any kind other than an automated email asking me to verify email. Finally, sent a message requesting to terminate my account and most importantly my personal data, as is my right according to their own policy. Again, zero acknowledgment. Rude, incompetent, ridiculous behavior. At least I have Prolific, which actually pays well.
