This store is a scam, they will take your money and never send the product you order.

I placed an order but never received the item. The tracking number provided appears to be fake, as it doesn’t work. Additionally, the item was supposed to cost $55.19, but I was charged $68.99. The website I ordered from is no longer active, and all the products are now blank. Unfortunately, I believe this was a scam. Thankfully, I made the purchase through PayPal, and they are disputing the charge. I’ll be receiving my money back.

I am still waiting for my order placed more than a month ago…unbelievable how those ads can tricked you…bad company. Not anymore!!

Do not buy from this company, it is a complete scam! I bought the garland hangers for $87 on November 19 and started getting bogus shipping details. By December 17, I sent their customer service an email asking what happened to my package. They said they couldn't find it in transit and would send out another. I told them to cancel the order and return my money, it was too late and I didn't want it anymore because it wouldn't arrive before Christmas - no response.

I ordered stocking hangers on November 18th. Today is December 18th and nothing yet. I have been given 2 entirely different tracking numbers. One says my package is in Rockville, MD and the other shows it is in China. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Package finally arrived December 31st. I will never by from them again!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Same experiences as others. Still waiting for the garland hanger after more than 30 days. No response from customer service, no package, no nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise. It's a scam ... don't risk it.

I ordered some stocking hangers on Nov 16. On thier website they say items should arrive in 7-14 working days. So with that in mind the items should have been in my hands no later than Dec 5th. They didnt even leave China until the 12th. Their customer support has been non-existent. I have reached out several times trying ot discover when i should receive my items and they have not been able ot update as they rely on their shipping company which does not do regular or real time updates.They say they're a British company, but everything ships out of China and their facebook page seems suspect. At this point I'm pretty sure I'm out the money and the site is a scam.
