Love my new glasses and the process was super easy! I was hesitant to buy glasses online but the virtual stylist tool allowed me to see how they would look. A spoke with the care team twice and both chats were friendly and informative. So nice. They have really fun social media pages too! Thank you Befitting.

The glasses came on time (a little before schedule) and fit fine.

The customer service was top notch. This was my first eyeglass, online purchase. The glasses I ordered were a little too heavy. The logistics to exchange them was smooth and simple.

Glasses are fine but way too big, smalls are too small, so I am not sure how this will work.If I look down they fall off my face. Otherwise they are fine, but without a better way to measure fit won't be able to order again. I have to wait a year for another pair so in a bind. I guess that is the chance you take ordering online.

I have ordered from this company in the past and have been nothing but completely satisfied. They truly do above and beyond to ensure the product they create is the right fit for you.

Great Price and Easy efficient Ordering process. Customer Service 5 stars. The reason for the three stars is the quality of the glass it scratches so easily. Turn around time was more than 3 weeks but was kept informed.
