Total scammers, they don’t respond to my tickets and I have their $39 plan

We only ghost spammers, scammers, and phishers once we've informed them that they've been blocked. Paying for our platform doesn't excuse abuse.

Thank you!
No customer service When I started with them (roughly a year ago-ish), I picked them because they had real, human customer service if needed. I was having trouble figuring out how to format things a certain way, and customer service responded to my question quickly and clearly. But I had an issue today and tried to contact help, and I discovered that now they have switched to only having a chat bot. (They call it "AI," but that's a misnomer. This thing isn't "intelligent." It's just your old style chat bot.) You have to pay to upgrade to the premium service (Minimum $39 a month!!) if you want the "luxury" of getting customer service when there's a problem. Trash. This is why I left Substack. I'm leaving these guys too. Also, ever since switching over to Beehiiv, I haven't gotten any new subscribers. They aren't doing anything to promote their users. Greed ruins everything, I swear.

We moved support to our paid tier after we reviewed the tickets we were receiving and nearly all can be solved by reviewing support documents, tutorials, or learning the platform. We moved support to paid-only, not out of greed, but to provide our customers with the highest-quality support in the industry.
Blows the competition to pieces. I've used 4+ email software providers and BeeHiiv is by far the best. A story: I requested an addition to their API functionality and the next day (literally) they had push the change. Unbelievable. I've never had service like that from a tech company before.

Thank you so much!
I started writing my newsletter Enterprising with Beehiiv and it’s a big upgrade from Substack. The automations and monetization are 10x as built out as Substack, saving many hours. No need to waste time emailing Lead Magnets or selling ad placements to Sponsors. It’s great.

We appreciate the review!
I use their product and have subscribed to many newsletters from Beehiiv. They're interesting, and I get hooked on newsletters designed so that I am compelled to read the whole content to the end.
