I am extremely disappointed with the service from Bedsonline. I ordered a mattress for guaranteed Saturday delivery as I had just returned home from a hospital stay and urgently needed a bed set up for family members traveling to assist with my medical recovery. When DPD falsely claimed a delivery attempt and damaged the item in transit, DPD admitted full fault in writing. However, Bedsonline offered zero support or communication throughout the entire weekend. As a vulnerable disabled customer facing colon cancer , left without essential furniture for my carers, I was left stranded while the seller did nothing to resolve the issue or arrange an urgent replacement. It was only after Amazon had to step in under consumer rights to issue a full refund that The Bedsonline finally got in touch—not to offer an apology, check on the situation, or assist, but simply to check if they needed to collect the item.orcask me to not accept it. Selling essential home items requires basic customer care and communication when problems arise. Relying on Amazon to refund customers because you fail to manage your couriers or respond to urgent delivery failures is completely unacceptable. I would advise buying elsewhere.
