Hi Elena! Thanks so much for sharing this! We’re thrilled to know that once your editor and you became a team, everything clicked -- And that you loved the results! 🙌 We intentionally assign clients the same editor for their projects because we strongly believe in building a great working relationship. Over time, your editor gets to know your style, preferences, and editing needs, making it easier to bring your creative vision to life. 🎬✨ Thanks for trusting beCreatives with your content. Here’s to many more amazing videos! 🚀

Hi Hannah! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and transparency: Our service model operates on a daily production workflow, where tasks are handled sequentially by a dedicated editor assigned to your plan. This means work is completed one request at a time, rather than multiple videos being produced simultaneously. We understand from your feedback that your expectations may have differed from how the service is structured, and we will continue improving how we communicate this in our marketing materials to avoid any confusion. Our team has completed 19 video requests for you so far, which is in line with the expected output for our Scale plan. While we stand by the volume of work completed, we recognize that the perceived pace of delivery did not align with your expectations. Regarding editor continuity, please rest assured that consistency and proactive communication are key priorities for us, and we are actively improving our internal processes to better support this. We also appreciate your recognition of our account management team. In addition to ongoing support, our team made multiple efforts to resolve your concerns, including having offered compensation and alternative solutions. Your subscription has continued, and we are happy that your recent feedback about the quality of our videos has been positive, despite the unfortunate first impressions. Your comments about account access after subscription end have also been noted, and we are reviewing how we can make this experience more user-friendly and transparent. Please rest assured that the current workflow you are referencing is simply an automated process by our system, and there is no ill intent behind it — We are always just a message away to manually grant you access to your past videos right away if you so ask. While we regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, we do believe it’s important to clarify how the service is intended to function for others reading this review. If you are open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to continue reviewing your case further and address any outstanding concerns directly. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] Thank you again for your feedback — it truly helps us improve.
