Overall Becker includes everything a candidate needs to pass the exam. However I would like to see improvements in the mobile app. Having to download sections individually for on the go studying is inconvenient and takes too long. My suggestion would be to improve the mobile interface to something that provides questions that are easy to do on the go but still allows for learning. With that said, I truly think studying is up to each individual candidate and until one finds their optimal method they will not pass no matter what brand of material they are using. (I learned that the hard way) Becker is a great resource and I like the lectures as they are entertaining and informative.

Excelent resources however, I think lectures could improve for material to be explained and not just highlighted. SkillMaster Videos are great.

I initially started my CPA journey with Surgent CPA. However, I watched a video on youtube about Becker. I saw Pete and G-man (what I call him) and a colleague also recommended it, so I made invested in Becker. I have been successful so far, so I am thankful for Becker. Only issue I had is with the service as a whole may lie with the support team. They can be somewhat more helpful with issues us users may have. But, I would like to recognize Aaron Smith from the support team, he always responds and answers directly and honestly. There is another lady there who has excellent soft skills (did not get her name), handled my issue very well. Keep up the good work and nice job on the upgraded UI; it made my life easier. When I took my first CPA section (AUD), I immediately realized that the Becker software had thoroughly prepared me for the material. The simulated exams and question styles were spot-on. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star review is that sometimes, the explanations for the question are merely restatements of the question itself. And, only one way of solving a problem is presented. If you don't get it "their" way, you have to search out other explanations.

While I used Becker to study for most of my exams, I found that studying FAR using only Becker was too difficult and I used a private tutor for that part. Great tool... Needs additional FAR Help. Maybe like a comprehensive study guide of main points.

Great metrics. Many helpful tools, including the lectures, quizzes, simulations, practice exams, and flash cards. Really makes you have great practical experience of exam like questions. Biggest thing I would change is to make quizzes smaller, and more digestible. Also, more customizable.

The Becker material has consistently been great. The presenters are engaging and the lectures are informative. As long as you do the work, you will pass the tests using the material. My only knock is that the most recent CPA test included a section on IT, which Becker’s update didn’t teach very well. The real test covered a lot of material and terminology that Becker didn’t go over very well.
