I have not dealt with customer service at all, really when using Becker. Out of the year I have been using it for CPA study, there was only one day they were down, and they explained in a nice message on the support line that they were down and they were working to restore the site access. They had it back up overnight. I was also still able to study using my phone app. Not ideal, but it worked for the single day they were down. So based on this experience, I would say great service.
