I purchased a "lifetime unlimited" Pro Package for my CPA classes. I have taken the exam a couple of times and all failed (about a year ago). So I am not trying to take the exam any time soon as I need to rebuild my confidence. Becker's rep informed me unless I schedule an exam soon or I failed the exam recently, I will not able to continue my study as I want to. So I have to either schedule an exam and pay $300 knowing I would fail or lose access to my Becker Account that I paid more than $3000 for. Very disappointed with Becker's false advertisement, will not recommend it to any of my fellow accounting students.

have not received the final review printed textbook for FAR. Where i had paid 150 dollars for international shipping.

They refused to give me a refund. Their 95% is crap. I did everything and failed. You are better off going with NINJA.

Don't waste your money and don't be fooled by the 94% passing rate. Even if you go through all the material and get extended time on the exam (accommodations), you still don't get the "becker bump." Went through 95% of my lectures, mcq's, and sims and still failed the FAR with a 70%. So much for a guarantee passing rate! Thanks Becker for a wasting 4 months of my life studying your useless material!

I purchased the CPA Pro review course on January 28, 2022, and the same day I ordered a textbook for FAR. Today is February 15, 20222 and I still do not have the textbook. The customer service is horrible. I sent many emails with no satisfactory answer. In the end no answer at all. Very disappointed!! Presently I am considering to ask for a refund and to go with somebody else.

Dårlig service 👎 becker i Randers Jeg har købt en tandrem hos jer d. Det var en meget dårlig og uprofessionel service jeg fik. Jeg fik udleveret den forkerte tandrem på trods af at jeg havde givet nummerpladen, så I kunne se hvilken der passede til min. Ikke noget med det, så da jeg kom hen for at bytte den og så den rigtige, så kunne jeg ikke returnere den og samtidig skulle jeg betale 50 procent for den nye. Det er ikke min skyld at I har lavet fejl! Bilen har stået hos mekaniker i 2 dage(!!), hvor jeg har måtte betale for at de ikke kunne bruge deres lift i de to dage, fordi at min bil ikke kunne blive lavet på grund af jeres fejl + mekanikeren’s løn + for ekstra materialer. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogen af købe noget fra jer! Spild af tid!
