MATERIALS NOT SENT OUT TIMELY FOR AN EXAM WITH A DEADLINE I have been waiting on BEC materials for 20 days. They don't have them, they don't know when they'll have them, the shipping time when they have them is 10 business days, the materials are not available for download online. Customer service on the phone is pleasant but there are few solutions and the solutions are not time sensitive. SEND THE MATERIALS OUT! I don't care if you have beg borrow or steal (or PDF your precious documents to the customer since you can't go to a printer yourself), the student who pays the $3,000 for your program deserves to get what they paid for in a timely manner. There's a deadline on the exam. You're making a stressful process more stressful.

AUD Exam TBS are different than BECKER

I purchased Becker course for CPA in year 2011 when I was in a job in the Middle East. It was through the local agent of Becker, Morgan Int'l. However, I didn't take the exams and after many years, in year 2016, I again purchased the course again through the same agent as I was still in the Middle East at that time. Again, I didn't take the exams. Two years back I moved to USA and purchased the CPA course again in Nov 2022, but this time directly through the Becker website as I was in the US at that time. Now I am in the US and have been using the course for the last 6 months but when I called Becker to ask about the books, the representative told me that since I purchased the course through Morgan Int'l, I should contact them. I tried to explain her that this time I purchased it directly and I have all the emails but she insisted and even did not try to understand my point. I love the course but this non-courteous rep experience and helplessness left a bad taste. I hope someone can help me in this regard.

I do not recommend this program. The exam simulations are far from the actual once, and they are far more confusing as they should be. Instead on focusing on the question of the problem, you are wasting time by focusing on the wording and the structure of the question. Also, there is no efficient support provided. All the time when you submit a question to the online support, the replies are completely useless. Like, Mario Lopez, a super rude and unprofessional dude, would always make you feel stupid and insulted like how dare you submitted a question. It's just too expensive for what you get, and it doesn't prepare you for the exam as you expect.

Takes forever to get my materials delivered; the content is way too over-detailed for the test, and its over priced.

Nobody give us service in Ontario, Canada! I’m very disappointed to choose this brand for my CNC that should work 24/7 ! Not recommending at all

Wish there is a 0 start for this. Becker confuses the candidates a lot with their information. It complicates the real exam so much that the candidates can't even grasp the basic knowledge. They really need to restructure their lectures and more focused on the main topics.
