Service support is great! Don't forget BeaverCraft people are in Ukraine. In my experience, they've been very kind and gentle people that help me fix a mistake I made in my ordering.

I have been looking for these types of woodcarving tools for years now. I have 2 that I have had since 1987 that I use a lot, though they really need to sharpened. I was excited to come across this company so we I could finally get some more!
