This is my second time buying the Dermstick for pores. My first experience with it was wonderful. This time, "priming" my stick has taken over 300 twists and STILL nothing is coming out. The liquid isn't even close to the top of the pen. There isn't even half of the formula that was in my first pen. VERY disappointed!! Not worth the money whatsoever and will never buy again or recommend to anyone. I'm furious.

Used this product for only 2 days. The product gave me a rash and skin break out. I have used many types of face products in the past with no issue but this gave me a horrible reaction. Can't return it since I opened it. Very disappointed in this product!!

Hi Leigh. We're very sorry to hear about your skin reaction. I followed the directions perfectly and after one use I woke with my skin burned and covered in bumps. The burning continued for days and the bumps are still present. Very painful.

Hi Carolyn. We're sorry to hear about your experience with our products. Dr. Schultz has spent years formulating and patient-testing each and every one to ensure that are not only effective, but also gentle. Clearly this was not the case for you and so we're going to connect offline to try to determine the cause, whether it's a conflict with another product you're using, an allergy, or something else.
It was disappointing to receive the pore treatment and not be able to get anything out of it. The pump system did not work so therefore I was unable to use the product. I would like to have another one sent out to me.
