Dear Antaya, We are making this explanation to avoid misunderstandings for the people who read this review. Please do not misunderstand us. As you mentioned, it wasn't our fault... Your order was placed on Thursday, December 8 and we shipped it on the same day with Priority Mail. The expected delivery date by the carrier was Tuesday, December 12 but they couldn't deliver it on time. They delivered it on Friday, December 15. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Shipping carrier companies are rarely late during peak and holiday seasons due to overflow shippings... Dear Wesley, We would like to let you know that this issue isn't related to us, it's related to you. The reason why you couldn't place an order is you failed the 3D Secure Authentication 5 times during checkout. What is 3D Secure Authentication? For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure (3DS) requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Typically, payment system directs the customer to an authentication page on their bank’s website, and they enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to their phone.
