Dear Cynthia, We are very sorry to hear your words and would like to make an explanation to prevent misunderstandings for the people who read your review. We dropped off your package at the post office on the first business day after your order as promised and notified you about this via email as well. Then, you reached out to us and said that there is no movement on my package, can you please assist? We replied to you with the saying below. We completely understand your concern but please don't get stressed because we are always here for you and definitely stand behind our products and services. We got in touch with the shipping carrier and filed a claim for the package. Please allow them some time to notify us of their findings. We'll keep you updated when we hear back from them. Please note that if your package gets lost, we will ship you the same item again (with no additional fee requested) or issue a full refund to your credit card per your request. When USPS completed their investigation, we reached out to you again and said the following below. USPS completed their investigation and unfortunately they were unable to verify the location of the package. So, this means that your package is lost. Since the item that you purchased is currently out of stock, we issued a full refund to your credit card. Lastly, we replied to all of your emails within 24 hours like we do to all of our customers.
