Total scam avoid. Ordered a product 3 months ago and according to tracking has been held in the same location for 5 weeks - this was their response: “as your order is on its way to you, we can't issue a refund.“ It’s been that long that we have actually gone through the process of moving house so I would not get it anyway Save yourself some money and pain - avoid this company.

Ordered a knife sharpener in August. Mid October still hasn't arrived and support saying they resend, but not able to supply track and trace. Afraid this is a con company. Do not buy anything!

Absolute con crap company, I ordered a All-in-One Professional Knife and Tool Sharpener from an instagram link, made in US, tracking showed it was coming from us for month or so and was held in Sweden, when I contacted the support team they sent me a new tracking number and it was still in China. Do not use this company

Har bestilt en d. 30.08 hvor pakken var behandlet på Long Island i USA, d. 26.09 var pakken i Gentofte iflg. sporing nummer men har ikke modtaget noget og at blive sporet for en ikke-eksisterende pakke hvor pengene bliver trukket fra kontoen er ikke OK. Tror IKKE der kommer noget til mig. Fald ikke for det, svindelfirma.
