Haven't recieved a item i ordered and when I send emails they dont respond to them. Straight ignored I've been.

This company needs to be shut down and be forced to pay back all the money they have scammed off people. Biggest scammers and should be held accountable. The most upsetting situation around Xmas. Product (advent calendar) ordered early November, arrived early Feb, was absolute junk and nothing like the description. Contacted them and got told they can refund me $1. Then got told they dont want the issue to mean their pay is docked. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM AND PLEASE SHARE AROUND WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Ordered 2 months before Christmas, didn’t arrived until after Christmas and was the cheapest rubbish on the planet! This company are the most dishonest ever. Customer service is awful, after many emails they still won’t refund me and it will cost more to return the rubbish than I paid for it!! Please don’t entertain them and be scammed. If I could leave no stars, I would because one is one too many!!! 😡😤😡😤😡

Scam. Do not buy

I ordered an advent calendar named 'Horse Brands' - size full, black. The pictures said 'leather halter' and other cool stuff. BUT after a month and a half, i still hadn't recieved it. I wrote to them and they sent me another, BUT this was chinese plastic toys and completely useless! I complained and they offered med 4 dollars!!!! refund. I ended up with 12 dollars, but I originally payed 47..

It took more than 8 weeks for my order to be delivered. I asked weekly and the answer was never helpful. As the order finally arrived it was the wrong item. Never got my money back and never received the product I ordered.

SCAM!! Do not buy anything from this company. Have been waiting since October for an item. Tracking is fake and no response. Do not trust any of your money with them.

Absolute scam. Ordered the horse Advent calendar. It arrived after 2 months and it was only cheap, ugly little kids toys in it. Was advertised as stuff for real horses. Wanted my money back, but they refuse until I send it back. Shipping to China will cost me just as much as I might get back. Never order there!!!!
