A fantastic shopping experience!
They ship directly from a dedicated U.S. warehouse, so I receive my orders very quickly. Whenever I encountered an issue with my purchase, their customer service team provided me with the perfect solution! The colored contact lenses are incredibly comfortable to wear and look completely natural—they don't look fake at all!

You know I'm not a mean person .
You know I'm not a mean person .. I want to give everyone & everything a positive. This time, I thought I ordered from the US warehouse & I checked the order & I did. But, really I didn't,!!!!!! Because, my items are coming from overseas!!!! It is taking forever for them to get to me!! And, frankly I'm getting sick & tired. Then my friends are like since you ordered 2 you will get the 3rd pair for free... I was like what? I didn't get no 3rd pair for free!!! Come on Beacolors... You ppl use to be so.... ON POINT!

We're sorry to hear the experience didn't meet your expectations. We checked your order information. You placed two orders in April. The first order was for lenses from overseas, as the title didn't have the prefix "US warehouse." The second order was from a US warehouse, and we have shipped it from there. Therefore, I'm unsure which order you're referring to with this issue. Currently, it appears the warehouse for shipping was correct; it was shipped from the warehouse where the selected item was stored. Also, our website never has a "buy two get one free" promotion. All free gift information is clearly displayed on the shopping cart banner. You may have misunderstood the info regarding the 3rd free lens. Of course, if you have any questions about the product or information, please contact customer service directly for immediate assistance. Thank you for your support and understanding. We wish you a pleasant life❤
Complete waste of 50.00..
Complete waste of 50.00... contacts hardly show but in pictures they provided they were suppose to be a dramatic change with my eye color... They're not and I don't even think they put the right contacts in the right package because these were suppose to be a icy crystal like blue .. they're not

We are very sorry to learn of your unpleasant shopping experience. If you believe the lenses you received are the wrong color or were incorrectly packaged, please do not open the sealed packaging; instead, take photos immediately and send them to our customer service team so we can verify the issue and assist you.
As for the differences in the visual effect once the lenses are worn...Because everyone's eyes are not the same color, the effect of wearing contact lenses varies from person to person. The wearing effect of the model just for reference only, and the color/pattern of the real lens itself should prevail. Please place order by lenses pictures, not model looks.
If you are looking for a more pronounced change that completely masks your natural eye color, you can opt for opaque contact lenses in vivid shades of blue. These lenses have a higher pigment concentration and are capable of fully covering the color of your iris.
Very great experience

No more
Delivery is fast, especially if you order from their U.S. warehouse and their prices are a bit lower than on other such sites. Sadly, the quality of lenses is BAD and there IS NO real return, refund or other service policy when bad lenses are received. I've received torn lenses, scratched lenses, murky / cloudy lenses, and lenses far darker than those in the sales pages images, making them complete losses as Beacolors refused to stand behind them. (I highly urge you to read their disclosures). The high number of lenses of low quality, erroneous, and damaged lenses I have received has even led me to wonder if they repackage old used lenses (truly, I've wondered this because why else would a new lens be scratched or murky, etc.?). The saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely applies here - and I say that as a one-time loyal customer, but no more.

Edit (reply to reply):
I am an experienced lens-wearer who has worn colored lenses for more than 30+ years. I have, specifically, purchased hundreds of dollars in lenses from you - and I DID reach out to you about the last ones. Your reply was pretty apathetic. While the images I submitted were indeed clear and indicative of the shades of gray, your reply was: "The picture is unclear, so I can't determine the color. Because everyone's eyes are not the same the effect varies from person to person. The wearing effect of the model just for reference only. Please place an order by lens pictures, not the model's looks."
Edit 2 to reply 2:
I appreciate the effort you are placing within the wording you're using, but I feel you are doing Beacolors more harm than good. The models are used on your site in order to "model" or in other terms, 'promote' the lenses. Are you saying the images are not indicative of the products? For the type of buyer you are attempting to attract, this should be a deal-breaker, as to them how ELSE is the color and look of a lens supposed to be decided upon? Now, to someone like me, who has mentioned perhaps ad-nauseum that I am an experience lens shopper, the model has very little to do with a lens purchase. I go more by what the smaller images of the lenses themselves look like on DARK eyes. Period. The fact that my son was the one who opened and noticed the particularly dark lenses we received (in duplicate as we ordered two of each) and in lieu of the ones ordered, speaks volumes. We had let the murky, quick-drying, scratched lenses go for years - at a monetary loss to us - but having reached out to you about the dark lenses and being practically ignored or gas-lighted (as it still feels is happening) was way too much. Others should take your replies as the warning they are, and of assurance of when I said that while great words, the replies are apathetic.

Hi, thank you for your response. Regarding the lens color issue, we have tried our best to ensure that the lenses we sent were not significantly different from the close-up photos shown on the website, whether in terms of hue or pattern. These are all real photographs; due to variable factors, such as light, camera lens filters, surrounding colors, etc., slight differences are possible in chroma luminance of the lenses. If you feel that the effect on your lenses is different from the model's, we regret that we cannot meet your expectations. We also state on each product's purchase page: "The Effect Of Wearing Contact Lenses Varies From Person To Person." If you are not satisfied with the color or effect after wearing the lenses, we can help you apply for a partial refund as compensation. As for the quality issue you mentioned, such as broken or scratched lenses, kindly take clear pictures of all these defective lenses and help us register the product issue. We will then provide you with a separate solution.

Hi, we were truly disheartened to see your feedback regarding the unreceived order. Our advice is to first check that the delivery information on your order is correct to avoid misdelivery, and then check your doorstep, mailbox, and any other potential delivery locations at your address. As we were unable to locate any associated order information on Beacolors by the name shown on your review. If you haven't received your order from us, kindly contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide your detailed order information so we can assist you with your inquiry and handling.
Uncomfortable
Was excited to get them but wasn't the same color as in the ad picture. I used to wearing contacts but these were uncomfortable to wear- I wouldn't wear them for 2 hours to the party.
