SHOUT OUT TO ALMA IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT... I made a mistake on my order and had to cancel. I was dreading the process because you know how online/email customer service support can be. I was so wrong. They are responsive, kind, this is my second beachwaver I purchased. I can confidently say this is not like any other curler trend. It actually is a different experience curling your hair and delivers good results!
