My journey from F-1 student to a U.S. green card holder would not have been possible without the expert guidance and support from BDV Solutions. Like many international students, I struggled to find a clear path to Permanent residency after graduation. I came across BDV while researching options and decided to trust them with my EB-3 process — and I’m so glad I did! Thank you so much BDV and the Team.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 BDV Solutions made my American dream come true. They guided me through the EB-3 process with honesty, patience, and full support. Even during delays, they stayed in touch and kept me informed. Thanks to BDV and their legal team at Envoy Global, I’m now a U.S. permanent resident. Highly recommended!

I was shocked at how unprofessional BDV Solutions handled my inquiry. After I expressed frustration over the extremely low-paying job options they suggested (despite my high qualifications — including a bachelor’s degree, multiple languages, and international certifications), I received a threat to ban me rather than real support. Screenshots available. If this is how they treat potential clients — with arrogance and no accountability — then they are not trustworthy for serious job seekers. I’ve since moved on to more professional, global services that respect their clients and know how to match talent with opportunity. You deserve better.

I express my profound gratitude to BDV Solutions for their invaluable assistance in securing my green card. Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise, guiding me through the intricate process with unwavering clarity and confidence. Through their unwavering support, what initially appeared daunting became a manageable endeavor. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone embarking on a similar journey.

I began my U.S. immigration journey through BDV Solutions, and today I am beyond happy and grateful to say that the process was successfully completed. What started as a stressful and uncertain journey turned into a smooth and well-guided experience, thanks to the professionalism and support of the BDV team. I want to especially thank my case supporting, Kimaya Shinde, for her incredible support throughout this process. Kimaya was not just a case manager—she was a true partner. She was always patient, attentive, and extremely responsive. No matter how many questions I had (and I had many!), she always made time to explain everything clearly and with a kind attitude. Her dedication and professionalism gave me confidence and peace of mind every step of the way. BDV Solutions as a whole was very organized, transparent, and reliable. From documentation to communication and timeline management, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I always felt that I was in good hands. If you're considering U.S. immigration and want a trusted, experienced partner to guide you, I highly recommend BDV Solutions. And if you have the chance to work with Kimaya Shinde, know that you're incredibly fortunate—she will make the journey easier, clearer, and far less stressful. Thank you again, BDV Solutions. And a heartfelt thank you to Kimaya!

scammer they will not find you a job they will just take your money basically They will sell you fish in the sea

The LC was filed on November 23, approved on March 15/2025, received mail from BDV to complete second payment ASAP, but I knew that I had 120 days to complete the payment (4 months), on 24th April, received an email that sponsor just dropped out, with some simply "we are sorry" and "we appreciate your patience and trust", I mean almost a month after LC approved !!!!! Not the only person who is affected, there are several people who has received a SECOND withdraw sponsorship, WHY because BDV, is playing with you they will NOT return your money, they will "keep trying" to get you an sponsor, thank God I didn't pay the second fee. Now they are doing discounts on their fees just to get more people to STEAL their money, if you are reading this please DO NOT INVOLVE at any circumstances with BDV again... they are going to steal your money, do this process with another company but NOT WITH BDV. All the money that hardly earned from your daily work, will be LOST, BDV Solutions are THIEVES, LIARS, AND A UTTERLY SCAM. I will not erase this comment until I get a legit sponsor that doesn't drops which I doubt it. I will let all the world know what BDV Solutions is doing to all dreamers who puts all their faith, hopes and money to a SCAM Company like BDV Solutions.

Untrustworthy and a scam, this agency will take your time and money but won't work on it. Be cautious not to get trapped.
