I had a problem to install with QR code the eSIM was still installed on my phone in the Netherlands I am in the USA Kent had the solution within half an hour the problem was solved Kent you made me very happy I am on line thanks for the great job and service

Absolutely brilliant help. The whole process to0k over 30 minutes due to my inability to follow simple instructions. Asya was patient and explained steps which seemed to need clarification of the web-site instructions. I have not come across such perseverance, professionalism and patience from a support technician in any other context. bcengi convert for the future

Impressed both by the product but also the customer service. A glitch in the network we were using in Armenia put both mine and my wife’s eSIMs out of action. The customer support team were impressive both in their promptness and persistence in sorting out the problem. The support system also put you through very quickly to a human when the AI bot recognises it’s a non standard problem. Recommended.
