They sent the wrong wheels even after I spoke with a so called expert. Then they tell you to talk with AI to fix it. What a joke. Never again.

The price of the wheel was excellent. The customer service was equally fantastic as they helped me get the EXACT lugnuts and informed me that I would not even need TPMS sensors since my 2017 mazda 3 doesn't use direct sensors. VERY honest and knowledgeable store reps helped me through this process. Also, the shipping was super fast and free. WILL buy again

PRICE BAITING - bought 4 Pirelli tires online - 4 days later they called and said they couldn’t sell them at that price and asked for more money. Don’t waste your time, but at least they didn’t steal my money.

I've never dealt with this company but they had what I was looking for and had the most competitive pricing. They arrived sooner than I thought they would which was a bonus.

Customer service was fantastic contacting prior to shipping. The tires arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Only positive vibes to BB Wheels and my Venom Tires. Which only BB Wheels was able to get these Venom tires in the size I was looking for. My local tire guy who did the install, could not find the size anywhere for him to order!
