Item came more quickly than the delivery estimate. I would order from BBQGuys again

They canceled my order for a grill a week after I placed it, for no reason, without telling me. Conveniently, they left the charges on my credit card. Who does that? They are either dishonest, or grossly incompetent. Neither is good.

Horrible experience. Their customer service must rude lady ever. I purchased GrillGrate 4-Panel Replacement Grill Grate Set For Weber Spirit 200 Gas Grills With Grate Tool over a month and I am completely aware of the issue we are currently living with, I emailed their CS box 2 times and got no answer. So i called their 800# and this lady just told me , oh well if you cannot wait another month, just cancel the order, we cannot get answer from the manufacture. I was WOW what a horrible employee. I purchased a built-in grille which is fine and I think it will be a great addition to my outdoor kitchen, but if you want any help from the BBQ GUYS forget it. They do not have anyone answering the phone, they use the excuse that due to the covid 19 they are understaffed. Hello, nobody home here. Their online tech support is a word search not live as they state. Your on your own.

I have been shopping for a horizontal smoker and I cook with all wood so I wanted their option on what to buy. Did a on line chat that was a water of time. So I tried the email route and also provided my phone number. It has been 2 to 3 weeks now and I have neither heard from them or received a re turn email. This has been dis appointing don't think they will never get any of my business and I will never recommend them to anybody

BBQ Guys had the Weber Q-grill griddle that I was looking for. They shipped it in three days. I ordered the wrong size and they replaced it with no questions asked! Great customer service!
