I was going to buy a new gas grill I had several choices. After talking with bbq guys experts. I was told of Blaze warranty which helped me choose the grill I needed. Got it in 3 days it is everything they said it was and more very very satisfied. Thanks BBQ guys

Ordered a pizza stone, temperature gauge, and smoker box. Would be helpful to have instructions for replacing the temperature gauge or a video describing how to do it. Also, am still awaiting delivery of the smoker box. Thus far, I am very pleased with grill quality and service received.

Weber Genesis II E~330. Fantastic grill! Lots of power! No flare ups. Cooks to perfection! Great quality! Did take some time to put together. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered $800+ Weber grill from them in early summer, 2020. Grill arrived late and did not work. Changed out valve, changed out gas tanks, called BBQ guys (zero help - said to change out valve again), roughy in service. Called Weber (helpful). Weber indicated bad grill. Called BBQ Guys to resolve....nothing...no response for weeks. They never refunded for the grill. Gave them 6 months to figure this out. TERRIBLE and ended up filing a better business bureau complaint. Steer clear of this place.
