I am outdoor living space designer/installer. Every single time I call or place an order its an amazing customer service experience. It is not easy to produce these consistent experiences. This is an awesome company to deal with.

Excellent selection, price and delivery that occurred early!

Living in a condo we are restricted to using electric gills. This was a replacemen unit for a similar grill we had that "outlived" it usefullness. The shopping was efficient and the grill actually arrived before the promised date.

WARNING: I must say once Dana with BBQGUYS, Customer Service got invoIved, it was like I was dealing with a complety different company. She represented them very well, but worked hard and my grill arrived today 12/15. I am a happy customer now and told Dana, no doubt she has a horrible job having to work the complaints, but work she did and If she is not in charge of customer service, she should be. Thanks Dana. I am leaving my review up so you can understand a hat happened. , I rate BBQGuys at the bottom of the bottom. I ordered a grill on 11/18/21 with a promise of shipping on 11/19/21. And yes they sent me a notice on the 19th that my grill had shipped, so they are good at promising anything to get your cash, but of course, the tracking number was fake and did not work. They blame Estes Freight, yet I called Estes and they have No Shipments To My Name from BBQguys, None !!!. Estes even did a conference call to them with me on the line. Also try to do a review of them and that is a joke for you can't. They take your money and in my opinion, will tell you anything to get your money. So they are many other better, safer places to order. You have been warned !!

This is the first time ordering from BBQ Guys and it was a pleasant experience since it was a small, but expensive Everdure by Heston Portable Charcoal Grill with an equally expensive dedicated travel/storage cover. I was so afraid that it would be sent to the wrong home and never find it's way back to me (which I couldn't blame them) , but it arrived in a neatly secure package unscathed on the exact day and timeframe they promised through a FedEx (?) tracking service received via email. I found them to be consumer dedicated and professional through my experience

Moved to a condo and needed to get best electric Grill - Weber Pulse 2000. Weber did not have any and did not know when they would get again. Lowes did not have any and didn't know when they would get again. Home Depot did not have any and did not know when they would get again..... Guess who had them ! BBQ GUYS !!! Not only did they have them - they did not price gouge.... and they delivered in three days shorter than they said. Not only great service but EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATIONS I HAD !!!! THANKS BBQ GUYS !!!"
