Just have to say that my items always get here ahead of the day they are suppose to get here. Plus this last shipment something went wrong with my order and I was going to get a double shipment. Before I had a chance to call about it Customer service call and ask me if I wanted the double order. I said no cause something happen when I order. The lady cancel one for me and credit back my money. Great Customer Service.

Hi Kathy, We're sorry to hear about the light falling out for the second time, we'd be happy to ship you a new one at no cost. Can you send me your order number at [email protected]. Thanks!
This company was good to deal with. I ordered my smoker. It came fast and with no damage. I would recommend and buy from them again!
