I had a question about an item I was interested in purchasing. The customer service rep responded quickly and was very thorough in his/her/their response. They were also helpful in anticipating hardware I might need to install the item I was purchasing, they reached out the manufacturer and procured additional hardware at no additional cost. I had a great experience and will definitely shop with Bayte again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered to give as a birthday gift and was concerned the item may not arrive in time. Marc went out of his way to make sure my item was shipped quickly and kept me updated on the tracking. Without his attention, it may not have arrived on time. Truly above and beyond.

Bayte is my “go to” place for extraordinary products, reasonable prices, rapid delivery… and, above all, outstanding customer service (quick, responsive, professional, personable and genuinely kind!). This is my first time ordering through Bayte. I liked the selection of artisan made goods. When my items didn't ship for 2 weeks, I grew concerned. I reached out to Bayte and they immediately resolved the issue. They reached out to the studio and made sure my item was shipped. I see the value of working with a marketplace that handles customer service and delivery instead of ordering directly from artisans that may not have the time to handle these things. Overall, very happy and look forward to my next purchase. :)
