It has been an absolute joy working with Bay Computing over the last few years. They are always willing to accommodate our schedule and are always able to troubleshoot and solve any issue our office may have, big or small! Kevin in particular has been and always works quickly and efficiently when he performs onsite visits. We are very grateful to have them on our side!

Kevin M. helped me with my computer issue. From the first moment we spoke, I knew Kevin knew his stuff. He exhausted all the troubleshooting "maybes"; he didn't give up finding the issue. When the issue was resolved, I was met with a polite and cheerful interaction. I am definitely satisfied with how my computer is running now. Great service!
