The products are ABSOLUTELY useless!! Bought a thousand wishes recently, and it smells like medicine, baby lotion and has an after smell of PUKE!! Will poop in my pants and rome around and still smell better.

Too expensive!

Their customer service is absolute trash. You cannot even speak to someone in the United States. This company has been going downhill and lack of support and customer service is just gonna be the icing on the cake.

I absolutely loved the look of the sea turtle Wallflower and it actually looked like stained glass. The colors are perfect for any beach or nautical motif. Unfortunately, the appearance of the wallflower does not match the effectiveness of it. The wallflower stopped emitting any fragrance after a short time and when I checked it out I noticed there was no heat coming out of it which is how the fragrance is released into the room. Unfortunately, Bath and Body Works have changed their return/exchange policy so I’m unable to use my beautiful wallflower and now I have to purchase a new one so that I can use my already purchased wallflower fragrances that I love. The customer service person was extremely nice and totally understanding about my situation, unfortunately she was unable to help me due to company policy changes in regards to returns and exchanges of defective products. I understand Bath and Body Works not wanting to return my money but I don’t understand why they won’t replace a defective product so that I can continue to enjoy their fragrances. In the past Bath and Body Works has always been very accommodating with any purchase that was defective. What a shame that they no longer put their customers first.

I have 2 of the 3 wick candles. They are a little below halfway burnt but will not stay lit. I love the scent and took them back to the store I bought them at. I was told I shouldn’t have burnt them as much because they can’t do anything. Makes zero sense. How am I suppose to know when they are going to stop burning. Will never buy them again.

Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They could not locate my order and was quite disappointed when bought again in store. After 3 days, no pleasant smell

The customer service was excellent. Very professional sells associates, and the store was very well stocked and clean.The Sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.
