I have ordered wallflower refills online multiple times and every time it takes SO long to get my order! Like 3-4 weeks and customer service doesn't do much to help. Its too bad, I like the products but purchasing online is so unreliable that its not worth it. Brick and mortar stores are really the only reliable way to get their product.

While shopping, I asked where the restroom was and was informed by an associate that their restroom isn’t for public usage and actually referred me to use Targets next door. Pretty sure it’s law when you have a retail establishment to have a restroom available. I saw the restroom behind the door by the counter with signage and all. Pretty rude. You can spend your money here but can’t use the bathroom. Corpus Christi location next to target

I also had a horrible online experience today. Their system is so screwed up and customer service may as well close up shop because they are useless. Amazon has all of the item in my bag of which I am receiving two of the same order because of a glitch in their system and they won't cancel one or both of the orders. 20 minutes after I confirmed ONE order. You may drive to the store to return when they come (in 2 weeks...) yeah, that's what I want to do on my day off. Spend 2 hours driving to bbw to return an order I immediately tried to correct. Pissed. Amazon. 2 days. Any mistakes or issues. Push a button. Resolved. Done. Bye bye Bath and Body Works.

I am very unhappy that you have changed your formula for your Bodywash. It used to have VitaminE in it, now it has VitaminB5. This leaves my skin feeling sticky and not clean. I will no longer be purchasing your Bodywash products and am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer since the 90s : (

On three different occasions only in the last 2 years I have received broken, leaking and ruined products because of a lack of packing material. Maybe their Air Pillows are defective because I never received one with any AIR IN IT. It is always just a flat plastic bag. This never used to be an issue when just bubble wrap was used. Maybe a suggestion would be to return to bubble wrap, back when items arrived intact and everyone was happy because nothing was damaged, didn't leak or break from bouncing around in the box because of a lack of bubble wrap. Also, getting past AI isn't difficult but the REAL people in the Chat Rooms love to cut you off and don't let you rate the CHAT. Harry is one of the bad guys, Michael is another. Just do your job and help people, then you won't get your name mentioned, in a BAD review. 3 times I've complained about the lack of packing material. You can get 10 items in their standard size box. If you only order 2 items, they use the SAME size box which makes no sense because with inadequate packing material the items will get damaged from banging into each other. Go back to the old, reliable product "BUBBLE WRAP." Why is this so difficult to understand? Throw the air pillows away, they're JUNK. USPS, UPS or FedX people really don't give a _hit about your package or what is inside of them. You're supposed to make sure the items are secure enough that they can take a little abuse. Sometimes packages get dropped or possibly tossed around a little. FIX THIS, it isn't rocket science! Care about the customer AFTER THE SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ☺️

We work with our local store for employee gifts, as their products are super popular at the long term care facility my husband runs. The store in Alliance (Fort Worth, Texas) has friendly and helpful staff. Most of the rewards are still used for staff gifts, but I get one now and again. Win-win!
