Do Not Order Online!!! Customer service is horrible! My package was never delivered and returned to sender because it was damaged. They let it sit there for a week without any kind of notification to me. I tried live chat but after 20-30 minutes was disconnected. And after the 20-30 minute chat, the person did nothing to fix the order. I tried calling two days later and their phones didn't work. Then I tried the live chat again. After 20 minutes and extremely slow communication, I couldn't get the same order because most of the original order was no longer available. I just got a refund for the whole order. Will NEVER order online from them again. What a joke!!

Ordered candles at 6am on candle day. 12 hours later they cancelled over half my order after being confirmed and processed through. The company told their customer service employees not to help us out other than recommending going into stores during a global pandemic to repurchase candles. No way are they getting more money from me.

Tried to order candles on line with yesterday with the online sale. Three times it tossed me off the website. My PayPal account was charged, however, I have not received an email from Bath and Body stating the order is being processed. Can’t get them on the phone and any attempt at an email says their email is invalid. Always liked them but no longer. Won’t won’t shop there again.

I love the products at Bath and Body Works and they have good sales, however- they have now lost two packages I ordered over the past two months when taking advantage of online sales and coupons. Their shipping company Newgistics via Pitney Bowes is trash. I have heard so many similar stories I am beginning to wonder whether there is some sort of racket going on! Their tracking is terrible and it shows both my packages bouncing around the country and then ultimately in Grapevine, TX. where they still remain. I have consulted customer service multiple times with no resolution. Apparently this is becoming a common occurrence. I ordered lotions during the $3.25 lotion sale early November (14) as Holiday gifts. Still have not received them. And as I have heard from others, the $3.25 will not be honored if you have to get a replacement package and even if the price manages to be honored in some instances, the product you wanted will then be out of stock.my second lost order was during Black Friday. I am very disappointed and will not order online again. It’s a real shame because I have ordered many times online in the past and when they delivered with FEDEX and UPS it was fine.

I am a long-time customer of Bath and Body products. I love the aromatherapy line and usually wait for the sales. I just received my shipment of buy 3 get three free.of the Eucalyptus and Spearmint. Everything looked fine until I noticed the size. What in the world happened?? I used to buy 11 or 12 oz tubes of the hand cream for around $12. The tubes I received were FOUR OUNCES with a regular price of $14.50! How does that even make sense? I am now getting a third of the product for the same price. Yes, they were on sale, but that does not negate the fact that their packaging has shrunk by 66%. This is partly my fault for not noticing the size when I ordered it, but I seriously thought it was the normal size that I've always purchased. Unfortunately, no matter how much I like this product, I will no longer be purchasing Bath and Body Works creams in the future -- the changes to the sizing of the lotions are just too much for me.

I have place a couple of orders online, both arrived in poorly packed boxes and with multiple broken items. I have tried contacting the company and am unable to get a hold of anyone. They are too busy. I am frustrated because I ordered the items online so I didn't have to go to a store. Now I will have to go to a store to return the broken items and hope to get replacements, as they maybe sold out.

I have loved Bath and Body for YEARS until today. i absolutely love their products but was definitely not happy with their service today. I ordered 3 candles early this morning before everything was sold out. Their website has a "technical difficulty" and is saying I did not place my order even though I was charged. I have spoken to 3 people. The first lady I spoke with after being on hold for 40 minutes, transferred me, without letting me know, to the Victoria Secret credit care service WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ORDER. Spoke to the next guy and all he could do is tell me to wait 24 hours. I couldn't get an order number or reference number for the call or anything, just his name. I am extremely unhappy with today's interaction and this will probably be my last time with them.

Ordered my items on November 19th. I ordered 3 candles, lotion and was able to get the black Friday special early online. I received an email on November 20th saying my black Friday special was shipped. Then on November 22nd received an email that my candles and lotions were shipping. As of today have not received anything. I purposely order all my items before black Friday so I wouldn't have any issues. I was very wrong. Called today and was told that one of my candles and the black Friday deal were out of stock. I cancelled my whole order and decided to never shop with them again.
