Swing Away Molly :) glad he loves it !
Everything went well. Pre-ordered 2 of The Goods by Demarini and received them about 6 weeks later. Received updates by email on status of order. I would definitely recommend Batflipshop!!

Communication is the key! We like doing things old School ! Thanks Mileny20 !
Great customer service! The bat we ordered for our grandson’s birthday was obviously a “hot” item. Delivery was delayed since demand was exceeding supply. Steven was very good about staying in touch with us with frequent updates. A delayed delivery is much easier to tolerate when someone is keeping you in the loop!! Thanks again, Bat Flip Shop!

You were a Awesome customer Joanne! Patients is all we ask on preorders- but you are absolutely correct, keeping everyone updated makes the process so much easier. :)
Steve was awesome he really went the full mile to help me. He made sure to inform me what was happening through out my delayed order due to the trucking and pandemic shipping issues. I’d highly recommend the bat flip shop and ask Steve you’d be glad you did.
