I will order stuff off of wish.com before I ever order anything from here again. Ordered bow fishing arrows that were “in-stock” paid extra for the 2 day delivery. Get an email the next day that it’s going to take 2-3 weeks before it ships. Well it’s been 3 weeks, I’ve sat on the phone on hold for over an hour several times with no answer. No one, I repeat NO ONE order anything from here. I’ve also tried to email them a request for my money back and they sent me a confirmation number that was the same as my order number and it says my order number doesn’t exist. Worst place I’ve ever ordered anything from with NO customer service

Don’t buy from bass pro shop online or catalog. I purchased a reel and it came in broken. The box was damaged from either delivery or not being cared for at store. The shipment bag was dirty and there were no kind of padding to stop my reel from being crushed or broken. I will never buy from them again. Highly not recommended.

Apparently they list items for sale that are fake sale items to attract people. Total Fraud. They waisted my time. Charged my card on an item they were never going to sell me. I will never shop at bass pro shops ever again.

Ordered a generator on Tuesday - shows in stock, with 2 day delivery. They charged my card immediately. The next day, they cancel without any explanation whatsoever. Now I'll have to rush to find one from another vendor in time for the weekend trip. They're so awful, it's not even worth trying - just order from a reputable seller and skip these yahoos entirely.

Just like everyone else is saying, they allow you to purchase items that are out of stock (even though they say "in-stock" when you purchase them). Orders are then constantly delayed and dates are pushed further and further back. It is almost impossible to get a response from them by email or phone. I used to do a lot of shopping at this place, never again.

Same BS that everyone else is talking about. They allow you to order things that are out of stock and don't tell you so that they won't lose the sale. Half of my order ended up being out of stock, which I could have put in with orders from other retailers I made afterwards. It's really unethical and is a form of scamming their customer base. After the order I received one email after another saying that my items are delayed and won't be shipped out for another week or so. Receive some items, a few of which are wrong. Talk to a representative for a refund and ask about my other items. He said they were just shipped out and would be delivered in a few days. Fine, I'll deal with it and decide to not order the items with another order I placed with another retailer. Receive a shipping status that my order won't be delivered for another two days, and then updated again another two days. Turns out they shipped it out with Fed Ex smart post so it took a few days to travel all the way across the country and then it sits at fed ex collecting dust for over a week. The date of delivery keeps getting changed and it's only two hours away from me sitting there doing nothing. This company used to be decent back in the 90's, now it's a scam and worthless to it's customers

I searched for a pistol online, and the website said the pistol was in stock. The website allowed me to put the item in my shopping cart. When I went to check-out, after entering my credit card information, the site said there was "insufficient stock" of the item. Why would their website allow me to put a product in the shopping card if it was out of stock? Terrible.

Sold me a shotgun without putting it together as they are supposed to do. Now I’m stuck with a lemon gun and $530 down the drain. The manager was not very helpful as well.
